Hi ya!

Here we are going to start a new week of diet and exercise! I have been thinking that it is probably better if I can keep the momentum up - to do 2 aerbics DVDs a day or 1 aerobics and 1 toning because if I want to shift these pounds I am going to have to shake my booty!   I really should get toning too! I have until the beginning of August to lose at least a stone so thats 2.5 months away!

So instead of typing on here - gonna let my hubby on and then go and do some aerobics (despite having a migrain yesterday!)

WEIGH - IN...

...but not until tomorrow! I hope I've lost more weight!

I have a longish walk  to do today to get to a rehearsal for my G5 flute exam! I'll have to remember my pedometer Last night I did 30 minutes of aerobics - medium impact! so I was pleased with that!

Been relatively good with my food (why is food such an issue for a lot of people - including me?)

I've been wondering lately how many people read my blog(s)! Am I posting to nobody or do people actually read my writings? If you visit - fancy leaving a comment... GO ON it won't hurt ya!

The Weekend and Now

Well, here I am again!  I really don't feel like posting anything but thought I would keep someone up to date (not sure if anyone reads this or not!)!

OK over the weekend I ate 4 almond macaroons and about 4 choc chip muffins - I know I should have had more self control! Today I have hardly drunk anything (AGAIN!) but I have eaten fruit and some sausages and 2 bread rolls!

I'm feeling rather miserable lately - I think it's the stress of my flute exam and the feelings of foreboding! I have about 6 weeks to go and I really don't feel as if I'm good enough to take the exam! Oh well I've paid for it now so tough really! I HAVE to do it!

I have been putting together some crazy poems I've written so I can publish a book! Not sure who would buy them but someone might!

Sunday 3rd May 09

Well here I am again - I'm into the 3rd day of my diet and I feel like some CHOCOLATE!  I've been 'good' the last 2 days - have done some exercising and eaten healthily - I really have to keep this up and stop thinking about bad, unhealthy food I HAVE to lose weight to fit into the clothes that still don the labels because I put on weight before I could wear them! What is a girl to do?

I think I'll have some grapes - might curb my sweet craving...

DAY 1

OK this is day one of my healthy lifestyle change!


 It is scary starting something new, especially as I've started healthy lifestyle changes before and lasted about a week!  I am getting doubts about carrying this through as well as being excited at the prospect of losing weight, maintaining it and staying healthy! I am a mixed bag of emotions 

As I get older I find I'm more fearful of failure than when I was younger - weird eh?

Well, I weighed myself this morning as this is going to be my first day and I've lost 1lb (without trying) from last week! Whooo hooo so something positive to go on with!

For breakfast I ate 3 American pancakes, lunch was a sweet potato and 4oz baked beans - don't know what I'm cooking for dinner! I've planned my menus for next week and it's shopping tonight!

OK folks I will try and keep you all updated

Hello

Well here I am again

I've posted a video on Youtube - a dieting diary! not that I've been doing a lot of dieting this week! (OK it's only Tuesday, I know! )

Not been exercising  but am going to do some in a minute  - just waiting for my food to digest!

It's difficult to find things to put on here! I don't do amazingly wonderful things during the day

Today's the day...

I did 30 minutes  aerobics  and toning! For breakfast I had 2 slices GF toast and marmalade, then I went to my  flute  lesson - didin't go as well as I was hoping considering my  exam  will be June/July time! Onward with the practising!

For lunch I had 3 slices bacon and a slice of GF bread then had a  dessert  thingy which is probably high in calories! Really need to make every effort to stop eating so much - then I'll lose weight!

OK have some friends coming this afternoon for sports (well, the kids have the run around! )

AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!

I weighed myself this morning - hoping I was lighter than I thought I was - but nope I'm actually heavier - 11 stone 2 pounds which is 'weigh' too much for my 5'2.5" frame - I should be between 7 stone 11 and 9 stone 11 so I am sooooooooo overweight I HAVE to do something! I have 3 months to lose a decent amount of weight!

Someone told me yesterday that if you drink a lot of  water  then it helps your liver break down all the fat - so maybe that's my problem - I really don't drink enough! I don't exercise enough either! I used to do 2  exercise  DVDs a day and go  swimming  a couple of times a week but I just sit around these days! I am going to eat more salads etc as well! Low fat, low calorie - Rosemary Conley recipes are great and they taste soooo good I have to pigging out and I should also  write  down the food I eat daily in a food diary!

Hello again!

WOW if anybody does come here they will think I don't post often - well they're correct, I don't I have a blog elsewhere that I'm trying to update regularly so maybe I could do them both!

Regarding diet (which this blog is all about) not a lot happening again! Although I am working towards going totally gluten and dairyfree for health reasons and also eating more fruit and veg!

OK readers (IF there are any - not sure anyone reads my blogs - oh well ho hum!) have a fab day tomorrow

Where has all the time gone?

Today is 28th December 2008 - so where has this year gone?  My last post was posted 9 months ago!  So where have I been? Well, yo-yoing is the best way to put it! I have been up and down the scales like nobody's business! I mean weight wise - shame it wasn't regarding my flute playing - I'd be diploma level if I could go up and down those scales!!

Hope you readers have had a good year! And I hope 2009 will be better - the best yet
