6 week Walk it off Challenge

Health professionals reckon we should take at least 10,000 steps a day  but do we? I know I don't!  I did 16,000 a couple of weeks ago but to get over 10,000 is a rare 'feet' (get it - feat! - OK bad joke)!

I saw on iVillage about 3 years ago a 6 week walking challenge I posted it on my MSN group:

Oh well have fun folks walking around where you live and burning off those nasty calories!
