This year I did the Aspire Channel Swim again - raising funds for a spinal injuries charity! I had to swim 1,408 lengths of my local 25m pool - this is equivalent to 22 miles The challenge ran from 17th September - 9th December 2007
Below is the break down of how I did!
18/9 - 64 lengths 25/9 - 64 6/10 - 128 9/10 - 40 16/10 - 80 20/10 - 64 23/10 - 110 27/10 - 150 29/10 - 110 30/10 - 112 31/10 - 64 17/11 - 150 20/11 - 126 24/11 - 146 (I actually did 150 but only had 146 to go!)
