From December 1st I am going to be losing weight to raise funds for an orphanage in South Africa! My weight loss campaign will go on until 29th February 2008 so that's 3 months (or approx 13 weeks) to lose 28lbs so that will be 2+lbs a week!
The main keys to weight loss are:
1) eat healthily (5+ portions of fruit or veg a day) 2) drink 2l of water 3) exercise at least 30 mins a day every day
