Hey everyone - me again! You know the hardest thing in the world (well, 2nd to child-rearing!). DIETING/LOSING WEIGHT/HEALTHY LIVING - whatever you call it - it's HARD!
Discipline is needed - more like a kick in the rear! I am finding it really hard - and I don't know why! (Any shrinks out there? ).
This is it - I am 5'2.5, 10 stone 11 pounds [151lbs/68kg(?) - approx] My ideal weight should be between 7st 10lbs and 9 st 11lbs (7st 10lbs would be 'weigh' too light). I bought a size 16 pair of trousers (I've not been size 16 for about 20 years )
