For breakfast I had 2 slices GF toast and marmalade, then I went to my
flute
lesson - didin't go as well as I was hoping considering my
exam
will be June/July time! Onward with the practising!
dessert
thingy which is probably high in calories! Really need to make every effort to stop eating so much - then I'll lose weight!
