Well here I am again

I've posted a video on Youtube - a dieting diary!

not that I've been doing a lot of dieting this week! (OK it's only Tuesday, I know! )

Not been exercising

but am going to do some in a minute

- just waiting for my food to digest!

It's difficult to find things to put on here! I don't do amazingly wonderful things during the day
